Chat Host (OPEN)

Job Description:

As a Player Support, main responsibility is to make our game rooms a fun and entertaining place to be. You will actively engage with our customers to make sure that everything runs smoothly and they have a great time while playing. Being the first point of contact you will be responsible for welcoming customers, hosting games, quizzes and dealing with customer questions; whilst all the time creating a sense of ‘community’ among our customers. The best player support are fun, approachable and easy-to-talk-to people!

The role demands you to be flexible and should be ready to work in night shifts including public/national holidays as we operate 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company’s CEM (Customer Experience Management) system on 8hrs shift basis
  • Being first of point of contact, ensure that the chat environment is positive at all times, welcome new players, ensure Chat Guidelines are followed and players have a good time chatting
  • Bring fun, entertainment and humor to the game rooms whilst being professional and delivering a best in class service to our customers
  • Encourage players to participate and wager more by promoting various offers/promotions in a manner which does not look like spam
  • Conduct games as per guidelines to meet business objectives
  • Contribute suggestions and promotional ideas that will improve player engagement
  • Maintain good working relationships with all team members
  • Behave in a responsible and professional manner at all times projecting company brand and values
  • Manage all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, escalating where necessary to next level of management in line with escalation procedures

Qualifications:

  • Any degree from a recognized university
